Is it normal to experience mood swings and negative thoughts after 13 days of using duloxetine?

I took duloxetine for 5 days at 30 mg, the next days for 60, on the 13th day of taking I feel an improvement in mood, and then a very spoiled mood and negative thoughts. The doctor said to go to him after two weeks of admission.
Are these side effects normal?

The mood swings you observe after starting Duloxetine treatment are normal, especially in the first weeks of therapy. Many people experience both an improvement and a deterioration in mood during this period, which may be a result of the body adapting to changing levels of neurotransmitters. The full effects of the drug are revealed after 2-4 weeks of use.

It is important that you consult your doctor to discuss your symptoms, as you may need to adjust your dose or change your treatment. Do not stop taking this medication without consulting your doctor to avoid potential side effects.
