Can you combine Doloxib with Brintellix and Deprexolet? Can these drugs cause apnea?

Good morning

I suffer from chronic plantar fasciitis. The doctor prescribed me Doloxib.
I have a question if I can take Doloxib 60 mg together with Brintelix Pregabalin in the morning and Deprexolet at night. Recently I was in a lot of pain and had to go to work, I took 120 mg and at night I had apnea. Is it some kind of interaction or because I took a double dose.

Doloxib, Brintellix and Deprexolet can be used together, however, due to potential interactions (mainly the risk of serotonin syndrome and gastrointestinal bleeding), caution should be exercised and regular medical advice should be consulted.

Apnoea may be associated with the use of mianserin (the active ingredient in Deprexolet). It is worth discussing this with your doctor, as you may need to monitor more closely for signs of respiratory distress, especially at night.
