As a rule - no, it shouldn't. Hormone therapy (taken orally) can cause an increase in blood pressure in some women. However, in the case of local/percutaneous therapy, such as Lenzetto, this effect is less pronounced. The drug bypasses metabolism by the liver, which means that its effect on blood pressure may be less compared to oral forms. However, it may happen that your body reacts to the preparation with increased blood pressure, this is an individual matter - then you should see a doctor.
