Combining Aclexa and Diclo Duo (which contains diclofenac) is not recommended without consulting your doctor. Both drugs belong to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), which increases the risk of side effects and interactions between them.

Aclexa, which contains celecoxib, works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, which reduces pain and inflammation. Diclo Duo, on the other hand, contains diclofenac, also has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, but can increase the risk of serious side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding or heart problems.

Before starting to use these medications concomitantly, I encourage you to consult with your doctor, who can evaluate the benefits and risks and possibly recommend an appropriate time interval between taking them.
