Ryeqo, a medication used to treat uterine fibroids, contains active substances that can affect hormone levels in the body. It contains relugolix, estradiol and norethisterone acetate, which may affect the endocrine system, including the secretion of prolactin.

However, there is no conclusive evidence that Ryeqo directly raises prolactin levels. In fact, hormonal drugs can affect hormonal balance, which in some cases can lead to changes in prolactin levels, but this is not their main mechanism of action.

If you are concerned about your prolactin levels or the side effects of using Ryeqo, it is recommended that you consult your doctor, who can order appropriate tests and assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
