"Take one tablet of Primolut-Nor 3 times a day for 10 days. In most cases, this will stop uterine bleeding, which is not associated with organic changes, within 1 to 3 days. However, Primolut-Nor tablets should be taken for the full 10 days to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment. Within 2 to 4 days after the end of treatment, withdrawal bleeding will occur, comparable in abundance and duration to normal menstrual bleeding."
To sum up, Primolut should stop bleeding, but you may see spotting while taking the drug.
