Why do I feel like I'm not completely down to earth during the day after taking 45 mg of Mirtazapine in the evening?

Good day! I take 45 mg of mirtazapine in the evening. I guess I can sleep well. Unfortunately, during the day I always feel as if I'm not quite on the ground. How is this possible?

Mirtazapine, used at a dose of 45 mg in the evening, can cause drowsiness and psychomotor slowness during the day, which is the effect of its action on the central nervous system. The feeling of "uncertain feet on the ground" may be the result of this action, especially at the beginning of therapy. It is worth monitoring these symptoms and consulting a doctor if they persist or affect daily functioning to adjust dosage or consider alternative treatments.
