Can I Dalfaz use for years?

I've been using dalfaz uno for years. This is what the doctor recommended. I have no negative effects. Please comment.

Dalfaz can be used for long periods of time, even for years. If you tolerate the drug well and the treatment is effective in alleviating the symptoms - I see no obstacles to discontinuing the therapy. Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a chronic condition, and treatment often requires constant administration of medication, hence doctors decide to extend prescriptions and not change medications for patients. Please use the medicine according to the guidelines.
