Hello.
I take Latuda 60 mg. There you go. I stopped the pill but I had safe sex. On the other hand I still haven't had a period after 2 months and the pregnancy test is negative. I did the blood test too. Can there be a link with the Latuda. Thank you

Latuda, which contains the active substance lurasidone, is a medicine used to treat schizophrenia. Discontinuation of this medication can affect the body in a variety of ways, and one potential side effect is the impact on the menstrual cycle.
Amenorrhea for two months after stopping Latuda, despite a negative pregnancy test and blood test, may be related to the effects of the drug. Latuda, like many other medications, can affect hormonal balance and menstrual cycle in women. It is worth noting that it can take time to return to a regular menstrual cycle after stopping the medication, and it can also be caused by other factors such as stress, lifestyle changes, or other health problems.
I encourage you to consult your doctor to discuss the above symptoms and any further tests to rule out other causes of amenorrhea and to receive appropriate medical care.
