Hello

At 10 p.m. I ate one kinder. After an hour, around 8:30 a.m., I did a blood test for insulin levels. The result was 30.30. Can the result be real or distorted by this chocolate? I will also inform you that I suspect insulin resistance, because my homa index is 6.60 with glucose almost 85

An insulin level score of 30.30 mU/ml, obtained after eating chocolate, may be disturbed by this meal, because chocolate stimulates insulin secretion. High insulin levels in the context of suspected insulin resistance (HOMA index 6.60) suggest that the body may not respond properly to insulin. It is recommended to perform an insulin test on an empty stomach to get a more accurate picture of the situation, and to consult a doctor for further diagnosis and assessment of the patient's health.
