Does the appearance of menstruation after a week of using Provera and Cyclonamine require an urgent visit to the doctor?

On 11.08 I had bleeding that was prolonged. 20.08 During a gynecological visit, it turned out that I had a cyst on my ovary (4 cm). I was given Provera 1x1 for 60 days and Cyclonamine 3x1. The bleeding stopped the next day, but after a week of use (29.08) menstruation appeared (slight lower abdominal pain and not too heavy bleeding). Is this condition worrying and requires a medical visit as soon as possible?

If you have prolonged bleeding and a diagnosed cyst on the ovary, it may be normal for your period to appear after a week of taking hormonal medications such as Provera and Cyclonamine, but it requires attention.

I encourage you to make an appointment with a doctor if the bleeding is heavy, accompanied by severe lower abdominal pain, or there are other worrying symptoms. It is worth consulting a gynaecologist for further assessment of the health condition and possible further diagnostic measures.
