Yes, you can use Destresan Max with the mentioned drug, but it is important to keep a time interval of at least 1-2 hours between the use of both products. As for painkillers - paracetamol will definitely be the safest. You can also use ibuprofen (as rarely as possible), preferably at a dose of 200 mg and 3-4 hours after taking Rixaram. Remember to follow the correct dosage of all medications.
