Hello, should I eat something before taking Nasen, Esogno, Ketrel, Trazodone, Lerivon, or will I get a better effect on an empty stomach? Best regards

Esogno may start working later if taken with or immediately after a high-fat or heavy meal.
Trazodone in the form of tablets is recommended to be taken after a meal to reduce the risk of side effects (unless it is a drug in the form of extended-release tablets abbreviated as CR - then it is better to take on an empty stomach).
Other drugs can be used regardless of meals, food does not affect their effect.
