Hello! I started using Deflagyn gel, pimples started to appear on my face, cheeks and chin, could this be one of the side effects?

This is unlikely. Deflagin gel is used to treat inflammation of the cervix. It is a topical vaginal preparation that does not carry the risk of causing acne, because it acts locally within the genitals, not on the skin of the face or body. If the intensification of inflammatory changes on the face coincided with the start of the gel treatment - I would recommend consulting a dermatologist. Perhaps the underlying cause of acne is stress, poor diet, change in skin care or hormonal changes.
