I have been taking Femoston 1 for 8 months now. He regularly cramps the calf muscles, bronchospasms appeared (I am allergic, but this has never happened before). Can Femoston provoke bronchospasm?

In Femoston dossiers, uncommon side effects include hypersensitivity reactions, such as shortness of breath (allergic asthma), and calf cramps of unknown frequency. Blood clots causing blockages in the legs or lungs (venous thromboembolism or pulmonary embolism) have also been reported uncommonly. According to the manufacturer's information, in the event of the appearance of symptoms that may indicate the possibility of thromboembolism, such as painful swelling of the limb, sudden chest pain, shortness of breath, you should immediately contact your doctor.
I recommend that you immediately consult a doctor who, based on full information about your health condition, medications used and the course of therapy, will recommend appropriate treatment. The Gdziepolek.pl portal allows you to take advantage of teleconsultations, which takes place in Polish:

Observed side effects should be reported not only to the doctor, but also to the individual. We wrote about how and why to report side effects in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
