Whether DicloDuo and Tizanor increase the GGTP value in the day-ahead survey?

Yes. Both drugs used - diclofenac and tizanidine - may lead to an increase in liver enzymes, including GGTP, which may suggest liver strain or damage. If the next day's test results were elevated and out of the norm, I would recommend consulting a specialist. Your doctor may decide to change your treatment or have additional tests to assess your liver.
