What is the replacement for Mel Max Actigel?

What is the substitute for mel max actigel gel with a minimum of 20 mg of Diclofenac per 1 g? I found information that olfen max. It has a similar composition, but does any other product meet these requirements? From what I can see, most have about 10 mg of diclofenac per 1 g. But I'm interested in this higher concentration.

Voltaren max also has a similar concentration of the active substance - 23.2 mg/g gel.
