The family doctor helps as much as he can, but he is helpless, in the pain clinic and at the anesthesiologists this person was there. The Ombudsman refuses to act because it is not his competence.

To @Anima:
If a hospital refuses to help a person with 10/10 chronic pain, it is worth contacting a family doctor or a pain management clinic, where specialists can choose the appropriate treatment. You can also try private anaesthesiology offices dealing with pain therapy. In a crisis situation, you can also consult the Ombudsman for Patients' Rights. The Telephone Patient Information is open 24 hours a day: 800 190 590.
If you have doubts about this situation, it is always worth consulting a doctor who can provide more personalized advice. If you are not able to make a face-to-face visit, I attach a link to the online teleconsultation:
And where to take a person who suffers from chronic pain of 10/10 intensity and hospitals refuse to help them?

The lethal dose of morphine in Servedol varies depending on the patient's tolerance to opioid drugs, age, weight, health condition, and how the drug is administered - whether orally or intravenously. As for the oral dose, a dose of 120-200 mg can be fatal for a person who has not developed a tolerance to morphine. In the case of an intravenous dose, it is 30-60 mg.
If a patient takes opioids regularly, their tolerance to morphine may be much higher, meaning they can take higher doses without the risk of serious life-threatening, respiratory depression, coma, or death. If a morphine overdose is suspected, prompt medical attention is necessary.
Apo-Zolpin does not contain morphine, but the active ingredient zolpidem. Great caution should be exercised when using both drugs. If you know a person who wants to increase the dose of the medication on their own and thus it may end badly for them, call the emergency number (112 in Poland) or take them to the nearest hospital.
