Can I feel much worse after starting treatment with Citaxin and Lerivon?

I have been taking Citaxin for two weeks at a dose of 30 mg per day and lerivon 10 mg at night 1 tablet, is it possible that because of these pills my condition has deteriorated terribly, I have strong panic attacks and my mood has deteriorated. Will it pass? Should there be any improvement, because instead of better, it is much worse

Patients quite often feel a deterioration in well-being at the beginning of antidepressant treatment. After 2-3 weeks, you should observe a gradual improvement, but this is a matter of the body's individual reaction (sometimes the process is prolonged). The full effect of the drug usually begins after one month. If the next week does not bring any change, I encourage you to consult a psychiatrist.
