Can I use Primolu-Nor and Topiramat?
I have been prescribed Primolut-nur for irregular cycle by the gynaecologist, can I take it if I have been on headache prophylaxis therapy for a year with low-dose topiramate?

Topiramate may reduce the effectiveness of Primolut-Nor by affecting liver enzymes. Medicines can only be used together if they have been prescribed by 1 doctor or the doctor knew about their use.
If your doctor did not know about the Topiramate you were using, I encourage you to consult again. You can also take advantage of teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
