Hello, please tell me, I am taking HRT (Divigel + Lutein), as I understand menstruation should start after the end of taking lutein, and I always start 7-8 days since I start taking lutein. Is this the norm?

Lutein, which is a form of progesterone, is used to regulate the cycle and prepare the lining of the uterus for a possible pregnancy. Usually, menstruation occurs within 3-7 days after it is stopped, but this time can vary depending on the individual body's responses.
