Hi. Today I went to the dermatologist and I got this cream. As for my symptoms, I get spots, e.g. when I exercise, sun, stress. I have some concerns about the use of soolantra. Can I use other creams under it, e.g. emolium and some moisturizing serum? Besides, I applied a layer of cream and I feel such a strange feeling - nothing burns me, but I feel such a feeling of "tightness?". I don't know how to describe it, but I'm not sure if it's normal and if I should be careful.

Soolantra should be used on clean, dry skin, and no emollients should be applied under the drug. Before applying the cream, wash your face thoroughly with a mild cleansing agent and dry your skin. This will help the drug to be better absorbed and work effectively.
A feeling of tightness of the skin after applying the cream may occur and, as a rule, is normal, but if it is very unpleasant or is accompanied by, for example, redness, burning, dryness - it is worth consulting a doctor.
