If Nizoral and Pirolam do not have the expected results, you can try other alternatives. An effective anti-dandruff shampoo may (in addition to cyclopyroxolamine or ketoconazole) contain:
1. piroctone olamine (e.g. Ducray Kelual DS, Mediket Plus) with antifungal properties - eliminating the cause of dandruff.
