In such a situation, it is best to see a primary care physician who will issue a prescription for the missing pre-filled syringe. You can also ask the pharmacist to issue a pharmaceutical prescription, but in this case you will get the drug without reimbursement. Do not stop anticoagulant therapy without consulting your doctor.
I encourage you to use primary health care or night and holiday health care if the problem happens on non-working days/hours. By definition, the emergency room has a life-saving function for human life and health in emergency cases (in any other situation, the patient is exposed to the need to wait for many hours for a doctor's appointment).
