Hello, I take asentra 50mg in the morning and trittico 2/3 tablets in the evening (for a week)but I still have a problem with falling asleep and waking up, can you also take melantonine to improve the quality of sleep, if so, at what time interval, thank you in advance for your answer

Yes, you can also use melatonin to regulate your circadian rhythm. The most commonly used doses of melatonin are between 0.5 mg and 5 mg. It is recommended to start with the lowest effective dose, e.g. 0.5 mg or 1 mg. The preparation should be taken 30-60 minutes before planned bedtime - this allows the body to gradually fall asleep when melatonin levels increase. Please remember to keep at least 1-2 hours between the use of Trittico and melatonin.
