For health reasons, I had to change my Vibin mini tablets to Slinda tablets. My gynaecologist recommended that I take the first active Slinda pill on the day of the start of menstruation – withdrawal bleeding, i.e. while taking the Vibin mini placebo tablets (instead of the fourth placebo pill, I took the first active Slinda tablet). How long do I have to wait for the pills to start working and the pregnancy protection to be fully maintained?

Ok, I get :) In this case, an additional method of contraception should be used for the next 7 days - e.g. condoms. After this time, the drug will be fully effective and there will be no reason to worry.
You misunderstood – I took 3 placebo pills of Vibin mini and only then (when my period started), instead of the fourth, I took the first active Slinda. In this case, there was a 3-day gap between the last active tablet of Vibin mini and the first active Slinda.
What in this case? When will they start working?

You have followed the instructions in the SmPC - You should start taking Slinda preferably the day after taking the last active tablet (the last active tablet) you are taking.
combined oral contraceptive (...). In these cases, it is not necessary to use additional contraceptive methods. You are protected against pregnancy right away, you do not need to use an additional method of contraception.
