There is no such risk. Sperm must enter the vagina directly for fertilization to occur. A material such as underwear, a swimsuit or a towel is a physical barrier that will effectively prevent sperm from entering the body.
In addition, water, especially chlorinated or hot, quickly destroys sperm, which further reduces the chances of fertilization. There is no need to worry.
