Taking Orgametril 2 days before your expected period may help delay bleeding, but it may not be as effective as if you started earlier. The best results in delayed menstruation are obtained when Orgametril is taken a few days to a week before the expected date of the period, which gives the preparation more time to inhibit the ovulation process.
