Yes. After using Otinum drops and waiting about 1-2 hours after application, there are no absolute contraindications to swimming in the lake. Otinum can cause irritation or discomfort in the ear, especially if the eardrum is damaged. Bathing in a lake carries the risk of water and bacteria getting into the ear, which can worsen inflammation or lead to infection.
