Have both drugs been prescribed by a doctor? In some cases, specialists may recommend the concomitant use of a PPI (such as Emanera) and an H2 antagonist (such as Famogast), especially in the case of severe symptoms or when single-drug therapy is not effective enough. However, such a combination should only be used after an unambiguous decision of a doctor, as the use of both drugs with a similar profile of action increases the risk of side effects.
If it was the doctor who decided on such therapy, please try to keep at least 4-5 hours between medications.
