If you have not waited until the second click of the Kesimpt pen (ofatumumab), there is a risk that not the entire dose has been administered (the second click signals that the entire drug has been injected). Failure to administer the full dose may affect the effectiveness of the treatment, so it is worth contacting your attending physician. Modification in the administration of the next dose may be indicated.
