How should I stop taking Seronil - gradually or all at once?

She takes a total of 23 days of seronil. 10 days 10 mg dose and 13 days 20 mg
Since I increased the dose, I feel terrible, I feel dizzy and imbalanced, I can't cope. The doctor decided to stop taking seronil. He said to stop as soon as possible. However, I did not ask whether to stop gradually or immediately in such a short time? Usually the dose is reduced to 10 or 15?
