The gels do not contain steroids. In my opinion, silicone gel will be better for scar regeneration, or it can be used alternately with vitamin A and panthenol ointment.
Thank you for your reply! And do the ointments you gave contain steroids? Are they steroid-free and safe?
I wanted to ask if an ointment with vitamin A would also help with a scar or would silicone gel be better?

Please remember to massage it into the scar when applying the gel, just applying it will not do much if it is not enriched with a scar massage.
