Can muscle and tendon pain result from the use of the drug Rimal?

Hello. The doctor prescribed me a second Rimal pommel. The first is nebilet. Since I've been taking more than usual my muscles, tendons, etc. Could it be from this drug??

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, one of the commonly observed side effects of Rimal is muscle pain and cramps, and uncommonly joint pain. The observed ailments may therefore be related to the use of this drug, but they may also have another cause.

If you observe side effects, you should report them to your doctor, who will recommend appropriate treatment based on their clinical experience and full information about your health, medications and the course of your disease.
