Colilen IBS capsules work thanks to the patented ActiMucin molecular complex it contains, composed of resins, polysaccharides and polyphenols. ActiMucin, through a mechanical-physical mechanism, interacts with the surface of the intestinal mucosa, forming a thin protective layer that protects the mucous membrane from contact with irritants. Colilen IBS works mechanically to form a protective barrier in the intestines.
