Yes, Pyralgina (metamizole) and Tegretol (carbamazepine) can be combined, however it should always be done under medical supervision. Metamizole is an analgesic and antipyretic drug, and carbamazepine is mainly used to treat epilepsy and neuralgia. There should be at least a 2-3 hour interval between medications.
