According to the manufacturer's recommendations, Vinpoven should not be used in children. It happens that a doctor, based on clinical practice, recommends drugs outside the manufacturer's indications - this is the so-called "off-label" use, i.e. off-label. In this case, it is your doctor who determines the right dose for you and should inform you of the possible risks and expected benefits of this treatment.
