Combining drugs such as Coaxil, Afobam and Relanium should be done under close medical supervision. Each of these drugs has a different mechanism of action, which can lead to interactions that can be dangerous.

Coaxil (tianeptine) has an antidepressant effect, and its full effect can be observed after a few weeks of regular use. Afobam (alprazolam) and Relanium (diazepam) are faster-acting anxiolytics.

It is important not to combine these drugs alone without the advice of a specialist. The doctor will be able to adjust the treatment to the current needs and symptoms. If in doubt, please consult your doctor directly.
