Is taking 2 capsules Tabagine 75 will have the same effect as taking one 150 mg capsule?

Will taking two 75mg tablets of Tabagine have the same effect as one 150mg pill or is it a modified-release drug and the result may be different from what I expected?

Tabagine belongs to a group of drugs used to treat epilepsy, neuropathic pain and generalized anxiety disorder in adults. It is in the form of hard capsules and is not characterized by prolonged release. The use of two 75 mg capsules will have the same therapeutic effect as taking a 150 mg capsule.
