Turmeric, containing curcumin as its main active ingredient, is known for its potential health benefits, including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. There is some evidence to suggest that turmeric may have an effect on blood pressure, but the results are inconclusive and require further research. If there is a break of at least 1-2 hours between medication and a turmeric supplement - nothing bad should happen, the pressure will not be excessively lowered.
