Since Sunday, I've been taking pernazinium for neurosis. I take it on the 25th in the morning and the 25th in the afternoon.
My symptoms are nervousness, pain in the rib muscles, dizziness all day, shortness of breath.
Will pernazinium help me?

Discuss dosage with your treating physician during the appointment. If the treatment does not bring results and it is necessary to change the dose of the drug, the doctor will recommend an appropriate dose modification based on clinical experience, your health condition, the course of the disease and treatment. As mentioned below, the full effect of the drug appears only after a long time of use, it is usually a matter of a few weeks.
And what about the dosage.
How long does it take to increase to 100 per day? At the moment I take 50 mg per day.

Pernazinum, whose active substance is perphenazine, is an antipsychotic drug belonging to the group of phenothiazine derivatives. It is mainly used to treat schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, but it can also be used to treat other disorders, such as severe anxiety (neurosis) or agitation. In some patients, the initial sedative and anxiolytic effects may be noticeable within a few hours to a few days of starting therapy. However, it may take longer for the drug to take full effect, usually from a few weeks to a few months. Use the medicine as directed by your doctor and be patient as much as possible.
