Hello, in mid-May I was diagnosed with igA vasculitis. After treatment with gicorticosteroids, I was recommended to take dapsone at a dose of 75mg. Nowhere in the description of how dapsone works is igA vasculitis mentioned. I would like to consult another doctor, unfortunately I don't really know who to go to. Immunologist? Rheumatologist? Dermatologist? Please advise.

Which doctor have you already visited? If IgA vasculitis is suspected, it is best to start by visiting a rheumatologist, who can assess the symptoms and recommend appropriate tests and treatment. Depending on the specifics of your symptoms, other specialist consultations may also be necessary, such as with a nephrologist, gastroenterologist or dermatologist. Regular care and close cooperation with doctors are crucial for effective disease management. If you have doubts about the legitimacy of the prescribed pharmacotherapy - I would advise you to consult a rheumatologist first.
