Yes. Mirtazapine is an antidepressant from the group of tetracyclic antidepressants. It is mainly used to treat depression and sometimes anxiety disorders and insomnia. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that is used to relieve pain and reduce inflammation, for example in rheumatic diseases, muscle pain or postoperative pain. There is no direct contraindication to taking mirtazapine and diclofenac at the same time, as they act on different body systems. However, it would be good to keep at least 1-2 hours between medications.
