It is worth keeping a longer time interval between the use of Controloc and Sertagen. For example, take the preparations at different times of the day or with min. 2.5-3 hours apart. An interaction between sertraline and pantoprazole cannot be excluded. Pantoprazole may affect the metabolism of sertraline, resulting in an increase in plasma concentrations and an increase in adverse reactions.
