Can I give a 4-year-old child Fanipos and Flixonas at the same time?

Can I give a 4-year-old child Fanipos and flixonase at the same time (doctor's recommendation fanipos 2x4 doses; flixonase 2xdz 2 doses). Won't it harm the child?

Fanipos and Flixonase contain the same active ingredient. The described dosage exceeds the doses used in the standard treatment of children, although there are situations in which it is necessary to take the drug differently than indicated in the leaflet.
