Can I use Tretinoin 0.025% and fluconazole orally at a dose of 150 mg?

Does Tretinoin cream 0.025% interact or cause any side effects when taken with one dose of fluconazole 150mg tablet. Thank you.

Isotretinoin cream and oral fluconazole are two drugs used for different purposes. Isotretinoin is a retinoid used to treat acne, and fluconazole is an antifungal drug used to treat fungal infections.

Topical application of isotretinoin (cream, gel) has a lower risk of interactions with oral medications than oral isotretinoin. There are no well-documented interactions between topically applied isotretinoin and fluconazole.

There is no significant evidence of direct interactions between topical isotretinoin and oral fluconazole, they can be used together.
