You should start taking Diane-35 tablets on day 1 of your natural menstrual cycle (i.e. the first day of menstrual bleeding). You can also start taking the pills between the 2nd and 5th day of the menstrual cycle; In this case, during the first cycle for the first 7 days of taking the pills, it is recommended to use additional barrier contraception.
If you decide to start taking Diane-35 on a day other than the one described above, you should rule out pregnancies before using the preparation and use an additional method of contraception for the first 7 days of using the preparation.
