I strongly advise against combining different drugs as part of hormone replacement therapy (HRT), especially on your own.
Both drugs - Systen Conti and Activelle contain the same active substance in their composition. It is possible to overdose, i.e. take a higher dose of a substance than appropriate for the health condition, weight and age of a person.
If your main symptom is excessive sweating, you can safely use over-the-counter preparations for hyperhidrosis, e.g. Perspiblock Forte:

If the symptoms of menopause return despite the use of the patches, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. It is the doctor who decides on the possible treatment of the patient, m.in. on the basis of the patient's medical history and previous response to treatment. Only a doctor can decide whether to change pharmacotherapy. The doctor aims to use the minimum effective dose, monitoring the effects of the therapy and adjusting it as necessary. Regular check-ups and examinations are essential to ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatment.
If you have any further doubts, it is worth consulting your attending physician. If you are unable to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:
