Good morning. I would like to ask if a laboratory test for HIV 96 days after a risky situation will be 100% reliable and infection can already be ruled out? Because I did HIV tests after 96 days (p/c anti-HIV 1/2, antigen p24) the result came out Negative.

I have HIV and I have a contraceptive implant implanon NXT, will it affect the effectiveness of it? Will it decrease because of this?

To @Xyz:
An HIV test performed 9 months after a potentially risky situation is already fully reliable, and the virus itself does not disappear in the body.
According to the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and other public health institutions, HIV tests are considered final after 3 months of potential contact, because by this point the body has already produced enough antibodies that are detected by tests. After 9 months, there is no doubt about the result – if the test is negative, it means that the person is not infected with HIV.
As for the virus itself: HIV does not disappear in the bodies of infected people. It is a chronic virus that attacks the immune system. If left untreated, it can lead to the development of AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome). Therefore, it is important for people infected with HIV to start antiviral treatment, which allows them to control the virus and significantly extend their lives, as well as reduce the risk of passing the virus on to others.
Is it 100% reliable to perform the test 9 months after a risky situation? Is this virus disappearing somehow?

Yes. After 96 days, or about 3 months, the HIV test is considered very reliable. Most people with HIV will have detectable antibodies or antigens at this time. For fourth-generation tests (antigen/antibody tests), the serological window is usually 2 to 6 weeks. These tests detect both antibodies to HIV and the p24 antigen (a virus protein), allowing for earlier detection of infection. I think you can rest assured.
