It is not recommended to take Ultracod alone during Pylera treatment without consulting your doctor. Pylera is a combination drug used to treat Helicobacter pylori infections, containing metronidazole, tetracycline, and potassium bismuth citrate, which can cause a variety of side effects, including headache and fever.

Ultracod, containing acetaminophen and codeine, may interact with other medications and has its own contraindications and potential side effects. Paracetamol can affect the way other medications work, and codeine can cause additional health problems, especially when used with other pain medications or antibiotics.
